Seeing as I wasn't challenged for this title last year (or at least I can't remember it being an award last year!), I shall create the poll. Unfortunately, as I can't think of anyone as funny as myself, I'm only putting myself up for nomination alongside TheDukeOfNewYork on the basis that he was as funny as AIDs and hence offers no competition. If you think you're funny do tell me and I'll set you as nominee.
