I remembered!

This is probably only for the posters this side of the big pond, but I'm not sure.

Anywho, for those of you who use chicken stock in your food, have you noticed that every single cube is naff these days? Knorr was the last to convert to the crappy cheap stuff when they released their "new and improved" recipe - just taking good stuff out and putting some crap back in (I've forgotten the name now Sad). Since then all chicken stock cubes seem to be made of that nasty tasting stuff - it's the end of an era.

To save me from depression, please tell me you've noticed it and you've found a cube that's still good. Please.

Also, vote and discuss.

I use chicken and beef broth. I always thought the cubes were meant to be nasty. Try broth in whatever you cook with cubes. If you don't use it all you can keep it in the reefer for a time.

Like you said must be all on your side of the pond. But I'll vote Other because I really do love these polls. Do you think you could squeeze in a Monday Wednesday poll so we don't have to wait a whole week?
