Oh dear god.........
And some are working in our job centres. I even had to check the date on that article to see if it was published as an April Fools!

Most of them are in government ( both central and local )
Councils for example. Yeah, I don't need to post any more links on that front.
About 2/3 of the people in councils are there because they are in capable of doing anything else.
