That's not fat in the bottom picture surely more like she was pregnant, now surely doesn't your stomach go back to how it was before anyway after a period of time?
What time scale are we looking at here ?
If it's a 'I lost 300 pounds in 30 seconds thanks Megashake!' then no, she's lying.
Months of keeping to some healthy eating and exercise, then maybe so.
Had a quick skim through over the magazine can't see any time limit mentioned ?
