thats not a double negative. and claire, thats not a double negative either.

A double negative is when you strike out the first negative you used by using another.

Eg: I ain't no donkey. "Ain't" and "No" Cancel each other out. Therefore, creating a double negative.

I don't mean to nitpik but I've always had the impression that the artists, for the most part, get a tiny percentage of the sale price of a CD. Yes they still get rich but the recording executives get richer than 3 feet up a bull's arse. They are the ones who do all the suing, crying, wailing and moaning. Which I am loving it to death personally. Every time I DL a track for 9¢ or a whole CD for $1.12 I mentally stick pins in executive dolls and laugh with an evil robust laugh. Twisted Evil

It depends on the artist. Yes true, big, popular artist like Britney Spears & Madonna etc are very rich but I prefer alternative, industrial & goth metal, who aren't very famous or rich at all. So I kinda feel sorry for those artist (but that doesn't stop me!)

Hopefully the record industry will dramatically reduce their prices in order to compete with illegal downloads, that's just business!
