Because I'm hungry and it's lunch time.....
Don't forget to explain yourself!
Mines gotta be Chinese, tonnes of variety and yummy!
On aother point, is it called "take away" (e.g. fast food) in all parts of the world? _________________ Helen, the Administratrix of www.area51newmexico.com

I've never ever tried a kebab! Even when drunk. I do crave fries when I am a bit tipsy though. _________________ Helen, the Administratrix of www.area51newmexico.com

I love Chinese! Esp crispy seaweed and prawn crackers!
At Uni my mates and I have a fav take away in the town (plus there is one we use in the city centre) and they sell pizzas, burgers, fries, kebabs - my fav are their cheesy chips. _________________ ~~~I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minuite of it!~~~

I forgot to mention that we call it "take out." Don't think I ever heard "take away." But either one works of course. Odd, these difference aren't they?
Not that it's relevant but what do you folks call a date where the two people going out (movie, dinner whatever) have never met until the date? We call it a blind date and they are very unpopular, for obvious reasons. _________________

I thought Americans didn't use the phrase "take away", just thought I'd check.
Yes, re second question. We also refer to these as blind dates. Why, do you have any blind dates planned? _________________ Helen, the Administratrix of www.area51newmexico.com

I think I maybe in a minority here but I love Fish and Chips! I have a favourite fish and chip shop in Cheddar (Where the caves and where Cheddar cheese was first made) And we used to go down there and buy fish and chips and eat it out of the paper in the car in the gorge! It's soo yummy. _________________
